As a result of a drug rip-off that Tex Watson committed; Charlie Manson shot a dealer and pimp named Bernard ‘Lottsapapa’ Crowe in Hollywood.   Thinking he has killed a Black Panther, Manson’s paranoia and bravado greatly enhanced his bizarre prophecy of “Helter Skelter”, as well as his conviction that he is singly qualified to rule the black race in the post Helter Skelter world.
