“Luella” 

Tex’s fairly straight-laced girlfriend, with whom he lives during his brief time
away from Manson.

During a bad drug trip, and overwhelmed by Charlie’s reaction to his first listen to “The White Album” Tex leaves suddenly, having his friend Rich pick him up.

Rich leaves for Vietnam, and Watson and Rich’s girlfriend Luella become close, moving in together in an apartment overlooking the parking lot of The Magic Castle, where they deal grass and generally live the lives of young LA hipsters.

….but Manson’s programming (and the sexual excesses of The Family) finally prevail, and Watson returns to Spahn. Later, Tex betrays her in a drug deal in favor of The Family.
